Justin holds more than 13 years of experience, specializing in corporate communication, employee communication, branding, and M&A communication. He currently serves as an Associate Director in Willis Towers Watsons’ Talent & Rewards practice, helping clients across the western United States.

His past experience includes roles at SP+ Corporation, Merrill Lynch Bank of America, and the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Outside of work, he considers cultural exploration, international travel photography, and visiting UNESCO World Heritage sites as hobbies. He’s held several IABC board positions, including president of IABC/Chicago, and holds a BA in Communication from the University of Pittsburgh.
